A massive industrialized city on the southwestern tip of the region that is also the center of academia on Greater Meowtra. Half of it is a port town, and the other half is dominated by industry and the Hama City University. Due to its size, there is a significant divide between wealth classes within the city and it has extensive slums near its docks.
