The eldest daughter of House Kharabine and raised from a young age with the knowledge she would one day marry the heir of the McDonnells, one of the most prestigious families in the Banques Region, Salome lived in a perfect world wherein she strove from childhood to become the perfect lady…a world shattered by betrayals in the days leading up to her wedding, when her fiance had her painted as a villainess and sent away to a branch family in distant Heltoon.
Though Salome initially thought to seek revenge, she quickly abandoned such schemes when she met Celestyn by chance. The two slowly struck up a romance, only for Celestyn to tragically meet his end as collateral damage in a scheme between his siblings. Salome spent the rest of her time in Heltoon consumed by her grief, only to fall victim to another of House Stasiak’s schemes.
And then she woke up once more on the day after she met Celestyn. Though she would save him this time, he would once more die to other reasons. Over and over, Salome found herself reversing the clock, until she decided the only way through was to make Celestyn the Lord of House Stasiak himself—no matter who they had to fight to get him there.
They would eventually succeed after a lengthy battle, only to be one day killed by their own son, Arsen.
